Students who wait after school for a
ride are not supervised. Staff
is present after school for a short time at the bus loop.
We normally have After School Homework Club on Wednesdays
and Thursdays. If a
student will need to wait for an extended time, students can
sign up for and wait in Homework Club on those days.

Leaving Early
If you need to leave early for doctor, dentist,
or other
appointments,
please bring a note from home.
Show the note to your teacher at the time
you are supposed to leave
school.
Come to the office to meet your parent to leave for the
appointment.
This will save time for everyone.

This is a great time to make up work, get some help and make
up absences. Each day of Saturday School erases one
day of absence. Absences are counted in
promotion/retention total numbers, used to determine Renaissance
Rewards, and eligibility for activities.
Student may be assigned Saturday School for make up work,
attendance or discipline. Students wishing to attend
Saturday School without being assigned must sign up in the
office. |
Tutors Available at CHS
The Calaveras High Career Center has a list
of qualified CHS students tutors available for hire.
Parents can contact Terri Tanner at 754-1811 ext. 5313 for
more information.
CHS Student Tutors charge $10 per hour for their services. |
